Rhodonite is KJD's interpretation of the fusion of Ruby and Pearl.

Appearance[]

Rhodonite has an appearance similar to that of other Rhodonites, as she is curvy with two slim arms and two thick arms. She has pink burgundy skin, a pointed nose, and four eyes; the top pair being light pink, and the bottom pair being black. Her hair is dark pink and depending on the regeneration is either poofy or wide and boxy in shape. Her gemstone are located on her forehead and upper left palm and are pink in color.

Pre-regeneration (debut)[]

She had thicker upper arms and slimmer lower arms as well as poofier hair. She wore a dark pink and black bodysuit with a light pink star on the chest, matching headband, and black boots.

Post-regeneration (current)[]

She now has hair that‘s shaped more wide along with slimmer upper arms and thicker lower arms. She now wears a pink and dark pink shirt, a boxy dark and light pink jacket, black leggings, and pink boots.

Personality[]

Rhodonite has a tomboyish personality, being slightly reckless and handling situations a lot less elegantly than Sardonyx.[1]

Rhodonite possesses standard Gem abilities, bubbling, shapeshifting, fusion, regeneration, agelessness, and superhuman strength/durability.

  • Mallet Proficiency: Rhodonite can combine Pearl's spear and Ruby's gauntlet to form a mallet capable of changing in size.

Gemstone Information

  • Rhodonite is a popular mineral with the chemical formula (MnFeMgCa)SiO3.
  • It is a very well known mineral, being used a lot in healing and spiritual rituals.
  • Pure rhodonite is often translucent to transparent and is a soft pink, forming crystals. However, nearly all specimens are opaque and pink and black, being mottled together.
  • The black intertwined mineral is actually manganese oxide, a common mineral that forms near rhodonite.
  • Rhodonite is used in jewelry, very commonly being tumbled into stones and polished into cabochons.
  • Deposits of rhodonite have been found in the countries of Russia, Sweden, Australia, and the United States of America.
  • Rhodonite has the Mohs Hardness Scale rating of 5.5-6.5, being rather durable and slightly above average.
  • Rhodonite is told to be a stone of the heart, healing it from both emotional issues and medical issues.
